Walk of Fame
At the Hollywood Walk of Fame, popular artists who rendered outstanding service to the entertainment industry are honoured with a star embedded in the sidewalks. A stroll along the Walk of Fame is one of the major tourist attractions of the city.
Walt Disney Concert Hall
The futuristic concert hall was designed by Frank Gehry and opened in 2003. Today, it is home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.
Venice Beach
The famous beach to the west of Los Angeles is about 4,5 kilometers long and a popular destination for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts. The promenade is dotted by souvenir stands, street performers, musicians and artists.
